There are 6 pockets to the front of the vest, and 2 large zippered pockets concealed in the rear. There is enough space to carry all the typical items you would when out training, and plenty spare for personal effects such as your phone, or rations.
This vest is constructed from a durable and weather resistant 600D Cordura and Nylon webbing. The quality is excellent, and I believe I will be able to continue using this for many years to come.
